Blue Jays travel to Hayti

The first tough test of the 2016 season is on the schedule for the (1-0) East Prairie Eagles as they travel to Festus to play Jefferson (1-0).

Jefferson, a new member of the 2A District 1 will be headlined by a rugged lineman Shane Clenin who has committed to the University of Arkansas. Winners last week at Cabool, Jefferson will have their hands full with the skilled offense the Eagles will bring north with them.

Charleston will be on the road this week in hopes of earning a W at the hands of the Hayti Indians. The Kron is calling for for a closer game than the experts expect. And, hoping for the upset.
