Construction of New Subway Kicks into High Gear.
And, don’t bother trying to tell that to the Crew blazing away in the Hot August Southeast Missouri Sunshine Monday in East Prairie. as construction of the New Subway kicks into High Gear.
According to Steven Garnett, who is handling the concrete and foundation for Kathy Agin Smith, owner of the new Ep Subway, he said his plans are “to pour Concrete (Tuesday) as Far As you Can See Dirt.”
Meaning ~ the Parking Lot for the facility will be a Massive Welcoming spot for New customers and one Heck of A Concrete Job for Garnett’s Krew.
Something Tells Me They Kan Hang.
Kevin Small will handle the construction of the new Subway Facility which is to be designed similar to the one the Smith’s own in Benton.
Garnett also told me something very kool. The Large ‘Footer’ Beam for the 1946 Whitaker Building was ‘awesome work’, he said.
The size of the Foundation Blocks ~ poured in 1946 ~ was meant to Last. It did ~ until Aug. 17 of 2015 ~ when it was ripped from the Ground and Laid in the Street to make way for progress.
*Ed. Note ~ Also, Garnett did the City of East Prairie a ‘Solid’ by chunkin` the Large; boulder Like foundations pieces out. He didn’t have to do that. #Karma
And, yes, I asked him.
And, No, he’s not ready to Tell Me.
So, That’s Where We’re At W/ That ~ or this…
And, although I don’t wish to pick a fight with Lee Powers’ brother ~ Joe Foster ~ on the Internet I’m going to anyway. 😛
Joe told Ricky Penrod ~ or Ricky told Joe ~ that I said that East Prairie was going to Lose the first three games of this Season.
I did not say that.
What I day say was this ~ East Prairie best bring their A-Game Week 1 at Kelly.
And, that’s A Fact, Joe. 🙂
